Virtual Control Room
GEISTT are proud to support Scania in their development of future Autonomous Transport Systems services. R&D has been ongoing for several years and the maturity of the solutions were recently demonstrated at Scania’s test track in Södertälje, Sweden. GEISTT has contributed with expertise in the fields of human-centered automation, command & control (C2), human-machine interaction (HMI), analysis & visualization, and simulation. Concrete examples of GEISTT contributions are concepts for HMI and visual analytics of logistics measures integrated in a virtual control room (photo) enabling system studies of holistic human-automation collaboration by virtual simulation.
