BKI Concept - AP field and RNP AR capable indication (asterisk)

In this concept:

• a new field “AP” in the label, indicating what approach has been assigned to the flight
• asterisk (*) appended to the field when a flight is capable of RNP AR approach
• popup-menu allowing ATCO to assign approach
• only the most reasonable RNP AR approach is available by default, the rest are hidden under the “More” dropdown
• altitude and speed restrictions shown in radar view when hovering over approaches in the popup
• selected approach or asterisk is also shown in the timeline (to the left of the flight callsign)
