In this video:

• terminal controller requests RNP-Z approach to area controller in sector F
• intermediate sectors 4 and SA (the tower) “likes” the request (indicated in gray color)
• intermediate sector D-E (departure east) “dislikes” the request (indicated in yellow warning color)
• terminal controller cancels the request
