BKI Concept - Silent coordination request accepted

In this video:

• terminal controller makes a “what-if plan” evaluating assignment of RNP-Z approach and shortcut direct to REYMY
• when satisfied with the predicted outcome, terminal controller sends a silent coordination request to the area controller
• the area controller communicates with the aircraft which agrees to the assignment
• the request is accepted and assigned by the area controller
