BKI Concept - Silent coordination request rejected

In this video:

• terminal controller requests assignment of RNP-Z approach
• the area controller communicates with the aircraft which denies the assignment (“unable!”)
• the request is rejected by the area controller, which is indicated to the terminal controller in the yellow warning color
